Art Etching Titanium Coated Sheets

The Physical Vapor deposition process of multi-arc titanium ions in vacuum chamber under strict conditions which creates a tough metal ceramic film of rich colors on stainless steel sheets. Applied on various surface finishes it enriches their appearance and protects the surface. This superior color coating will outlast any known coloring process without any protective lacquer. Its UV and corrosion resistant.

PROPERTIES OF TITANIUM COATED SHEETS
* With harder surface up to 2000 HV which is far above any known metal.
* Tested with salt spray for 300 hrs shows no rust on coated surface.
* Heat resistance out at 100*C for about 50 hrs shows no visible change on specimen surface.
* Solvent resistance with 92 gasoline, xylene, and methanol shows no visible change
on surface after being applied for 50 hrs
